SLTC successfully concluded its nationwide Interest Free Student Loan Scheme (IFSLS) awareness program with a session in Kandy, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education.The session was conducted by Prof. Hilary Silva, the renowned Dean of the Faculty of Business Management, and supported by senior academics including Dr. Migara Karunarathne, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, and Dr. Nicoloy Gurusinghe, Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics in the Faculty of Engineering. During the session, students were provided with a detailed understanding of the IFSLS application process and introduced to the wide range of degree programs available at SLTC. The event marked the successful conclusion of the series, empowering A/L students across the island with the knowledge and guidance needed to make informed decisions about their higher education pathways.

SLTC continued its nationwide outreach on the Interest Free Student Loan Scheme (IFSLS) with a session held in Puttalam.The session, conducted by Mr. Mohamed Affkhar, provided students with a practical overview of the IFSLS application process, eligibility criteria, and the advantages of utilizing the scheme. Students also explored the variety of degree programs offered at SLTC under the IFSLS, gaining clarity on which pathways best suit their academic interests and career goals. The session equipped A/L students with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions about their higher education options.

Students were also introduced to the wide range of degree programs offered by SLTC through the scheme, allowing them to explore academic pathways aligned with their career goals. The session equipped local A/L students with guidance and clarity to make informed decisions about their higher education journey.

Students also received advice on preparing for university life and planning their academic paths.

SLTC conducted an IFSLS awareness session in Rathnapura to support students evaluating their higher education choices.The session was led by Prof. Hilary, the Dean of the Faculty of Business Management at SLTC, who provided students with a complete explanation of the IFSLS structure and the degree programs offered by SLTC. His guidance helped students understand how the scheme can support their goals and how to choose pathways aligned with future career opportunities.

SLTC held another IFSLS awareness session in Colombo, reaffirming its commitment to guiding students on higher education opportunities.Dr. Nicoloy Gurusinghe from the Faculty of Engineering led the session, explaining the structure and benefits of the IFSLS in detail. He also introduced students to engineering and other degree pathways at SLTC that can be pursued through the scheme. Students received clear direction on how to prepare for the next stage of their academic journey.
